Is one expert indicating it may show promise enough?
The third, this one:
Hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine are under investigation in clinical trials for pre-exposure or post-exposure prophylaxis of SARS-CoV-2 infection, and treatment of patients with mild, moderate, and severe COVID-19. More information on clinical trials can be found at ClinicalTrials.govexternal icon. FDA issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)external icon to authorize use of chloroquineexternal icon and hydroxychloroquineexternal icon from the Strategic National Stockpile for treatment of hospitalized adults and adolescents (weight ≥50 kg) with COVID-19 for whom a clinical trial is not available or participation is not feasible.
Is just taken from the CDC website.

Yeah, its's dead. Nothing will come of it. Nothing will come of Trump now to November either.

That's not really relevant to attempts to blame him for things like lupus drug shortages.
It's just the same problem of looking at a mess of features and seeing Trump.

Approval ratings for both our state Premier (from the Labour Party) and the PM (a Liberal) have risen during the crisis. Both are doing a pretty good job, after some early glitches...

It's not my doing, it's Trump's doing. He is in everything, he cannot stand back from anything. He does not trust any underlings.

So, he did the research, and the lupus specialist is his pawn?

Trump can't even figure out what the deal is most of the time. People talk to Trump, then he announces what he backs based on "they say." He is an expert on one thing: how this other thing might affect Trump,

Trump can open the economy all he likes, but people will shop on line and avoid gatherings:
The flaw in this thinking is its assumption that it is practical to reopen the economy without containing the virus. There is little evidence to believe individuals or businesses will reenter public spaces in the absence of reliable technology to protect them.

It still seems to me that the best thing to hope for is a test kit which lives in a fish-drone, and swims up sewage pipes, finding traces of interest and mapping their sources.
As the detection limits are gamified by industry, the devices would get better and better, in every way.
Self-replicating sewer-gators which are tossed up a citys' cloaca where it follows the trace up the stream to your toilet.
Or your cloaca

If the labour force has no bargaining power, and it doesn't, and the government will not support the unemployed or secure their right to unionise, which it won't, then people will have little option but to return to work under whatever conditions their bosses decide they're to work under.

I think Tero was mainly referring to the reluctance of consumers to either go retail shopping in bricks & mortar stores, or to frequent bars and other entertainment venues. But you're right about the pressure to return to the workplace...
