This is about as early as we have a record of blues guitar style of the 1900s. Long before robert johnson

the recording is newer than the song

Willie Brown wrote a lot of Charlie Patton's songs

Of the blues based power trios, Cream was first, having released Fresh Cream in Dec 1966. It was a pop/blues covers set. Clapton had not discovered the wah wah pedal yet. But he had even recorded albums with Mayall prior to that.

Led Zeppelin followed all that only in 1969.
