"Shoot first, ask questions later." It's the mindset of too many citizens in a country where privately owned firearms outnumber its inhabitants and the "Right to Carry" concealed weapons applies in almost all of it.

Case in point, the killer is not being charged because, as Santa Rosa County Sheriff Bob Johnson put it: "I mean, you can’t really say anything against Mr. Dennis for doing what he did." It's just a horrible accident. And yes, he called for prayers.

The scales of justice tipped against two Florida men, who were arrested after trying to feed beer to an alligator.

Timothy Kepke, 27, and Noah Osborne, 23, were taken into custody last week after allegedly luring an alligator into their possession and pouring alcohol into its mouth, according to a USA Today affiliate in the south east Florida town of Palm City. Unlawful possession of an alligator is a felony in the Sunshine State.

OCTOBER 23--A Florida Man yesterday sexually assaulted a pair of “large stuffed animal toys” inside a Target store, according to police who arrested the fiend on a criminal mischief charge. Christopher Meader, seen at right, selected a “large Olaf stuffed animal” and proceeded to place it on the floor of the Target in Pinellas Park. He then began to “dry hump” the cinematic snowman “until he ejaculated on the merchandise,” a cop reported.

Meader returned the soiled Olaf back to the display before entering the toy department, where he “selected a large unicorn stuffed animal and began to ‘dry hump’ this item.

He admitted he'd "nutted" on the Olaf.
