In this case the one the photo with the tatts did not begin to flood the social media until months after the photo without them was published everywhere else. We also know that a stringer working for Reuters took the photo. Until he pipes up, complaining that a tattoo has been shopped out of a photo he took, I'll not change my mind about which one is the original.
