I don't have a lot of time for them, nor for Christians. Or Hindus, or any religious group. Rastas are OK, though, because reggae and spliff, Selah, Babylon.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Tucker Carlson might not be a racist, but the semi-literate primitive monkey is certainly a misogynist.

Re: Yet more problematic stuff
Yeah but calling Iraqis "semi-literate primitive monkeys" isn't racist because Iraqi is a nationality, not a race, and moreover, you are the racist for assuming that monkeys are inferior! Checkmate, progressive SJW leftist Democrat!Brian Peacock wrote: ↑Thu Mar 21, 2019 9:31 pmTucker Carlson might not be a racist, but the semi-literate primitive monkey is certainly a misogynist.
Also, crediting white people for "creating civilization and stuff" isn't racist because non-whites have never created civilizations or stuffs! Checkmate again, SJW leftist progressive Democrat cultural marxist!

No, it is an example of Canadian law being used to harass a publisher who dared offend the dead pedophile. Did you look into it at all? Or just try to see a way for it to back up your point?BarnettNewman wrote: ↑Thu Mar 21, 2019 12:50 pmCunt wrote: ↑Thu Mar 21, 2019 2:17 amYou want to see how the 'non-existent' laws are enforced? How Canadians are bullied by the government for simply being critical of Islam?
I'll do it once more, but if anyone else pretends it doesn't happen, I might have to suspend them.
Find your own sources, since of course you won't trust mine, but Ezra Levant was pursued by the Human Rights Commission, over republishing the Mohommad cartoons from a few years ago. He published his rebuttal to the idiots at the Alberta Human Rights office, and there is a video if you want to look. (it's funny in places, how toothless the government officials are when faced with resourceful opposition)
This is your example of “Sharia Courts?” You’re as out of touch with reality as Ezra.

I was hunting for your claimed example of sharia courts in Canada. Re: Yet more problematic stuff
If by 'Islamophobia' you mean a fear of anyone and everyone who is a Muslim, yes, it is becoming a global crisis. The shooting of 50 worshippers in two of New Zealand's mosques is just the tip of the iceberg. Reports of the numerous firebombings of refugee hostels all over Europe don't attract much attention and are soon forgotten, and the thousands of physical assaults of people for no better reason than that they wear a hijab or some other piece of textile that marks them as a Muslim (or a Sikh many people mistake for a Muslim) rarely even get a mention outside the local press. Given the lack of publicity it is easy to imagine there is no global crisis.
Again you are conflating the Islamic religion with its adherents. The occasional idiot might defend the former, but even they don't find traction among the vast majority of what you, laklak and assorted right wingers have derisorily labelled Social Justice Warriors on many occasions. Please cite evidence of general support and sympathy, not criticism of a religion on the grounds that its adherents are brown and oppressed. Until you do I regard you as hysterically spewing a lot of nonsensical crap so absurd and far from the truth that even gifted comedians will have trouble parodying it.

Re: Yet more problematic stuff
There's is an extreme fringe (which show up in my facebook feed from time to time) who will defend Islam to the hilt. These are what one would call Social Justice Warriors. They are utterly predictable in what fires them up. It is a case of "oppressed minority by the hegemonic west, therefore I'm on their side". They shit me to tears. Most of them are probably atheists too and should really feel uncomfortable siding with any religion, let alone one that is as barbaric as Islam. Oh wait, the barbarism isn't the religion, it's all society (i.e. the west's fault), man. But again, they are a fringe. But we do know how 42 gets all worked up by that fringe. So much so as to proclaim that they are taking over society!!1

Besides, this guy won. The complaints were either dismissed or withdrawn. He's an admitted repeat libeler, and bad mouthed the commission reviewing his case, and yet they sided with his right to publish pictures of Muhammad.BarnettNewman wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2019 1:51 amI was hunting for your claimed example of sharia courts in Canada. That seems to argue against Sharia having much influence in Canada, but I'm American, so maybe I'm missing some nuance somewhere.

What makes it difficult for the left is that the racist anti-immigration element of the right wing is so vociferously against muslims of any stripe that you have a pendulum swing to the other extreme. It is sometimes difficult to express a robust criticism of Islam without being placed in the same category as the racists.pErvinalia wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2019 4:01 amThere's is an extreme fringe (which show up in my facebook feed from time to time) who will defend Islam to the hilt. Be a bit less careful, and you end up like Tommy Robinson.
