Re: Media Bias
It's a bullshit story. What Breitbart is pointing to is the lack of coverage on network morning shows, which are more entertainment than news. Meanwhile both networks that supposedly didn't cover the statement from Burr (the actual report has not been released, contrary to what Breitbart says) have of course reported on it.
CBS, from over a week before the deceitful Breitbart 'report': 'Richard Burr on the Senate Intelligence Committee's Russia investigation, 2 years on'
NBC, from several days before Breitbart's dishonest 'revelation': 'Senate has uncovered no direct evidence of conspiracy between Trump campaign and Russia'
Democrats and the independent on the committee have disputed Burr's claims.

Maybe on occasion Breitbart presents an accurate report on events, but in general they're not a reliable source for anything. They excel at providing rubbish for the gullible to gobble up and mindlessly repeat, though.[T]hey dispute an NBC News report saying that Democrats agreed with Burr that they have yet to see clear evidence of a conspiracy between President Donald Trump and Moscow.
“That’s not true,” Sen. Angus King, a Maine independent who caucuses with Democrats, told Mother Jones. “I think it’s misleading. The intelligence committee hasn’t discussed the matter, let alone released a committee report.”
Sen. Dianne Feinstein (Calif.), a senior Democrat on the panel, and Sen. Mark Warner (Va.), the top Democrat on the committee, also said they have not reached any conclusions about their investigation. “I disagree,” Warner said Tuesday when asked about Burr’s claims.
...
In an interview Tuesday afternoon, Warner told Mother Jones that the committee is still far from completing its probe. “We’ve still got many of the most major figures to either come or come back,” he said.
The committee is still seeking interviews with Trump associates including former national security adviser Michael Flynn, ex-Trump campaign aide George Papadopoulos, and Rick Gates, the former Trump campaign official and right-hand man to imprisoned former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.

So you prefer CBS? What about Lara Logan? She has more knowledge of media and media bias than you, since she is in the industry and you are in denial.L'Emmerdeur wrote: ↑Sun Feb 17, 2019 3:40 pmMaybe on occasion Breitbart presents an accurate report on events, but in general they're not a reliable source for anything. Re: Media Bias
Logan didn't say that Breitbart presents accurate reporting. Her point was that it's a right-wing outlet, and that unless somebody seeks out right-wing views they won't hear them on regular media. Tell that to idiot left-wing ideologues who get upset and stomp their feet because places like CNN or MSNBC regularly give airtime to right wingers.Cunt wrote: ↑Mon Feb 18, 2019 10:49 pmSo you prefer CBS? Meanwhile Breitbart puts out rubbish like the piece you linked to before, which contained multiple falsehoods.
Re: Media Bias
Ah yes, 'rubbish', rather than the Trump Russia conspiracy theory which is promoted in the respectable media circles.

Re: Media Bias
The only conspiracy theory is the one you peddle about the Russia investigation being a concoction of the Democrats and the left wing media.

Russian Collusion is a conspiracy theory. You go on believing it, don't let reality get in your way.pErvinalia wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 4:24 amThe only conspiracy theory is the one you peddle about the Russia investigation being a concoction of the Democrats and the left wing media.![]()

Trump's collusion with Russia is not a conspiracy theory. It is an allegation that is in the process of being tested.Cunt wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 6:45 amRussian Collusion is a conspiracy theory. Or do you have proof of the allegation being untrue that nobody else has?

Re: Media Bias
I'd say more than that. There is enough straightforward evidence of collusion between the Trump for president team and Russians, certainly enough for anyone to conclude serious ethical problems were involved. Whether the collusion crossed over into actually illegal behaviour has not yet been determined...Hermit wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 7:14 amTrump's collusion with Russia is not a conspiracy theory. The nice thing about your conspiracy theory, is that no matter what happens in reality, you can maintain your belief.JimC wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 7:58 amI'd say more than that. Re: Media Bias
Basically, Trump supporters can never, ever concede that there was anything dodgy in his campaign, his moral character or his bizarre behaviour. Very, very ostrich like...Cunt wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 8:03 amThe nice thing about your conspiracy theory, is that no matter what happens in reality, you can maintain your belief.JimC wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 7:58 amI'd say more than that. Re: Media Bias
I don't support either of the parties. I do find Trump over-attacked, and a bias against him.
I mean, media bias bullshit upon bullshit. Didn't they all just run with a 'hate crime' story, without checking? Turns out the guy had set it up on himself.
You Trump haters won't even state his position, and the Q hilarity is something you are REALLY missing out on.
If you look carefully, both sides are saying EXACTLY the same thing:
Something IMPORTANT is happening SOON.
Something TERRIBLE is happening SOON.
Both remind me of the second coming. Everyone salivating about the 'event' that never comes, and at the end of it all, it was 8 boring years of S.O.P.

Yes, thanks, no need to keep repeating yourself. You have made your wilfull ignorance motivated by your ideological bias abundantly clear on many previous occasions.Cunt wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 7:56 amI don't know anything except that it is a conspiracy theory, built of secretive judicial processes and inflamed imaginations.
