Trump, with conservatives packed in his court, is planning to reverse 14th Amendment by executive order:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

The amendment was partly to prevent the shipping of African-Americans to Africa

Trump claims the US is the only country in the World that allows people become citizens just by being born there.

The annulment of the Citizenship Clause of the 14th amendment would require a constitutional amendment. If Il Douche goes through with his executive order attack on the US Constitution, we'll discover whether supporters of the imperial presidency like Justice Kavanaugh see it that way.

Or a majority of judges in the SCOTUS to reinterpret the 14th according to Trump's liking.
