Or they're simply too stupid, like soldiers, to see how they're used. They cannot see the machinations behind the curtain, and do not suspect that there are such devices.

As you see in the above articles, thousands of files are kept from the public eye for however long the government wants... even for hundreds of years.
Then IF and when your lords & masters finally deem you entitled to see them, the file would have vanished; fallen behind the filing cabinet, lost in a fire, lost in a flood, mislaid, etc, etc.
Any cock & bull excuse will do. After all, who the fuck are you to demand ANYTHING from the elite, from the 'powers that be'.

And the above is a reasonably transparent one. There are many documents that are totally blacked out, even when a hundred years old. And there are many others that are simply denied to exist (even when there are historical references to them), or have simply disappeared.
Then on top of that, you have NO idea if what you have been shown is genuine, either in whole or in part, or has simply been concocted... such as the 2005 London bombing videos. Those are the documents or sound tracks or videos or even "witnesses" that magically appear out of nowhere, such as the Osama bin Laden clips from long after he had died in Afghanistan in December 2001. Fraudulent inventions to serve the authorities. Who can deny their veracity? You? Ha ha... you don't deny ANYTHING that's spoon fed to you by the sanitized mass media.
