Evans-Pritchard has had a hard-on for the Clintons for decades now, and is a purveyor of far-right conspiracy theory fantasies. (The FBI was responsible for the Oklahoma City bombing, Hillary Clinton had Vince Foster murdered.) He called Starr the 'Pontius Pilate of the Potomac' presumably because of Starr's failure to prosecute the Clintons for the supposed murder. In Evans-Pritchard's fever dream Starr would have been party to the cover-up; Kavanaugh worked for Starr, so he would also would be part of the imaginary cover-up. The article Forty Two linked to is behind a paywall, but given its author I question its veracity.

What circuit court judge? The recovering alcoholic who can’t remember dozens of women he assaulted? Hypocrite.
Will answer you this once, and once only:
The circuit court judge: Brett Kavanaugh.
Dozens of women he assaulted? No: the dozens of children that Julie Swetnick confessed to raping and/or aided in being raped.

The above two points are facts. The rest of your insinuations are your fantasies. Keep believing fantasies. I KNOW you will :coffee:
You've really got to substantiate this charge with more than YouTube conspiracy rants and unsourced bollocks from Russian troll-farms. And as I said to you a few days ago, rather than swallowing this arse gravy wholesale you should be applying that super-human intellect of yours to the claims of Mr Kavanaugh as well. I've never had you down as a crackpot right-wing ideologue who reflexively leaps to the defence of anyone - so what's changed? BTW Jim runs a course in critical thinking which you might find useful - and I happen to know he has a few spare places, and his rates are very reasonable. Very reasonable (in both senses of the word).
I presume the charge you're speaking of is that Julie Swetnick is a rapist &/or aided in gang rape of minors. Already did substantiate it in my first post on this, right here:
https://thecelebscloset.com/julie-swetn ... y-age-job/
Let me spell it out: She was an adult at the time of attending these, "over 10", gang rape sessions. In LAW, if an adult is present at a rape of children (the boys were juveniles) and does nothing, but simply keeps returning to further rapes of the under-age (both the girls and the boys), then that adult is complicit in the pedophilia, or the Statutory Rape. Furthermore, this wicked person alleges that people were drugged & made drunk at these events. And she did NOTHING!

See for example: https://www.saps.gov.za/resource_centre ... 07_eng.pdf
Or this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statutory_rape
Or this: https://aspe.hhs.gov/execsum/statutory- ... quirements

There. Galaxian has substantiated it. I'm sure that 42 can support this reading of the statutes. :td:
I'm not seeing the bit about the pedo-gang rape in the article linked. Are you off your meds Galaxian? :dunno:

She actively particated in activist activities, like marching with brain pussy hats at anti-Trump rallies. But, really, is she an activist or not? I guess it depends on how active you have to be to be called an activist. It doesn't matter to me if she is or isn't one. Her story makes zero sense and she's told different versions of it.
What evidence do you have that she was 'marching with brain pussy hats at anti-Trump rallies'? Are you merely parroting debunked lies from 4chan?

Funny thing about that bar room brawl. It corroborates the accounts of people who said Kavanaugh misrepresented his drinking in his Senate testimony, and rather than just being a memory, there's a police report that documents that an altercation took place and Kavanaugh was involved.

That's probably not enough for most GOP Senators, but might influence some of the waverers. Who knows? :dunno:
Actually, that police report does not corroborate the account of the person reporting the incident now. According to the unredacted police report, Kavanaugh's friend was arrested. The most Kavanaugh is accused of doing is throwing some ice.

It does not corroborate the account of anyone who said Kavanaugh misrepresented his drinking. Kavanaugh never denied drinking. He never denied drinking heavily. He only denied blacking out. His denial of blacking out is supposedly contradicted by people who say he drank heavily and was a mean drunk? How so? Does drinking heavily and getting rowdy when drunk mean one blacks out?

Being in an altercation is not a refutation of Kavanaugh's testimony about his own drinking. Kavanaugh didn't deny drinking. He didn't deny drinking heavily. He didn't deny being involved in the events of that altercation -- the police say he threw ice. Ludington says he threw his beer at the guy.

Jesus fucking Christ. A 20 year old college kid is in a bar with a group of guys, and an altercation breaks out because some asshole says something assholeish to some other asshole, and Kavanaugh's involvement in the scuffle is "thew ice at one of the assholes" (maybe, the report says Kavanaugh didn't want to say either way - probably trying to remain silent at the time).

This is where we are with this charade?

Now, Jean Luc Picard couldn't become Captain of the Enterprise...

"I stood toe-to-toe with the worst of the three (Nausicaans), and I told him what I thought of him, his pals, his planet, and I possibly made some passing reference to his questionable parentage..." - Jean Luc Picard, describing his bar fight, occurring during a night of drinking and gambling.

That definitely demonstrates a failure of temperament for the job of Starship Captain, and certainly for Admiral, which Picard later becomes. Racist Jean Luc, not only insulting a foreigner, but insulting the Nausicaans' planet itself - probably called it a "shithole planet." And a passing reference to "questionable parentage?" What's that supposed to mean, Picard? The Nausicaan's parents weren't married, or weren't of good enough stock?

Picard said, "I was an undisciplined, loud-mouthed, opinionated young man who was way out of his league."
“When I was in college, I took a terrorism class. ... The thing that was interesting in the class was every time the professor said ‘Al Qaeda’ his shoulders went up, But you know, it is that you don’t say ‘America’ with an intensity, you don’t say ‘England’ with the intensity. You don’t say ‘the army’ with the intensity,” she continued. “... But you say these names [Al Qaeda] because you want that word to carry weight. You want it to be something.” - Ilhan Omar

The link: https://thecelebscloset.com/julie-swetn ... y-age-job/ shows that she was an adult at that time. So she was of prosecutable age. The children she alleged were gang-raping were below 18. Swetnick was an adult. She went back again & again. Obviously loved it. As well as gang Statutory Rape, she saw (partook in?) drug & alcohol felonies with minors.
The vile mass media has not picked up on any of this. The least they could do is refer it to an interview with lawyers.

And, Galaxian is not on meds. I saw an alien shrink last time I was at Area 51. Said I'm good to go to Mars next week.

According to a 2017 story in a local newspaper in California, which said, long before she made up her allegations against Kavanaugh this year - “Pleasanton knitter Eilene Cross made ‘brain caps’ for the upcoming March for Science, to be worn by friend Christine Blasey of Palo Alto.” https://www.mercurynews.com/2017/04/21/ ... the-nerds/

I'm not seeing the bit about the pedo-gang rape in the article linked. Are you off your meds Galaxian? :dunno:
The argument basically is that Kavanaugh was doing something wrong or even criminal by being at these parties, because he was standing outside of doors in a house where a party was going on and he was standing next to punch bowls which Swetnick said she was sure were spiked with qualudes and grain alcohol - and Kavanaugh and Judge had plastic cups in hand while standing near those bowls. So, basically, when we cut through her statements, she did exactly what she says they did. She was at the party (only she was over 18 at the time, and Kavanaugh was a minor), and she drank, and she held plastic cups next to punch bowls, and she stood around - and she says she knew that gang rapes were going on. She didn't leave and report the gang rapes, or the distribution of illegal narcotics, or the slipping of mickeys to underage girls for the purpose of incapacitating them and raping them....

She was there just as much as Kavanaugh and Judge. She was an adult, though.

Can you articulate what Kavanaugh and Judge did (based on exactly what Swetnick says she observed, in any of her versions) that she was not equally guilty of? Note - in none of her versions does she say Kavanaugh and Judge spiked any drinks, or raped any girls.

I don't agree that she would be criminally prosecutable herself as a rapist - but, her story has always bothered me in that she does say that she, an adult, attended high school parties at which alcohol was served to minors (and she did nothing) and which she says had punch bowls or drinks spiked with drugs and hard alcohol (and she did nothing) and which she says was used to incapacitate underage girls for the purpose of gang rape (and she did nothing). 10 times. Nothing. No disclosure.

If Julie Swetnick was Johnnie Swetnick, coming forward and saying, I'm a 56 year old guy now, but back then when I was like 18 or 19 years old, I used to go to high school parties and I saw these guys there drugging and raping young girls - gang rapes - and it happened party after party after party - like 10 times - then one of the gay or bisexual or genderqueer or questioning or fluid guys got handsy with me, and slipped me a mickey and he raped me -- so, you know, that was the final straw and I stopped going. I kept it quiet for 35 years, but now it's my civic duty to tell you all about it....

Wouldn't a lot of people be asking Johnnie Swetnick why in the holy fuck he didn't try to help those young girls he knew were being raped by these guys - 10 parties in a row? Really? Wouldn't that be a reasonable question to ask?

Your portrayal of her as participating in 'anti-Trump rallies' is inaccurate, if all you can point to is her attending a single event which your own source describes as more pro-science than anti-Trump.
But faced with a threat, the sprawling community is pulling together as tightly as an ionic bond.

Over time, it’s grown into more than just a march — there are also “Teach-Ins,” science fairs and Earth Day festivals in places ranging from NASCAR-loving Martinsville, Virginia, to an expedition ship in frozen Antarctica.

“It’s a science party!” said biostatistician Christine Blasey, of Palo Alto, who will wear an elaborately knitted cap of the human brain — yarn turned into a supersized cerebral cortex — inspired by the “pussy hats” donned during the Women’s Marches.
We have one instance of Blasey Ford participating in a March for Science. How does that morph into your claim that she's an activist because she participated in multiple anti-Trump rallies?
