The article seems to make a fuss over the fact that it is a drug that is abused. Odd angle to take really when the death penalty itself is the barbaric issue that should be being addressed.

The death penalty should be death by organ harvesting.Waste not, want not! Also, some crimes would have a loss of an organ as a penalty: a kidney for break and enter first offence, a lung for armed robbery etc.
