Now Merkel has been begging the other EU countries to try to repair the damage she did inviting millions of migrants to the EU.

Some had the right idea, to establish a North African destination for migrants picked up in the Med.

Others are still trying to fuck the place up, by pretending that they can have bases situated INSIDE the EU, but somehow not acting as an open invitation to would-be migrants.

It seems that the second lot have won out, or did I read that wrong?

They only have to look at Australia to see what works, and what is bollocks.

Not necessarily. Hungary has a wall, and Turkey is supposed to be onside, so the only substantial route is across the Med. If the EU had had the balls to tow the boats back to Africa in the first place, the Med would never have developed as a route.

The real answer is the same one that we need here, in the UK. Have a mandatory ID card with bio identification on it, and have severe penalties for anyone employing illegals.

If they can't work, they won't come.

Trouble is, the politicians WANT them to keep coming, but want to appear as if they don't.
What's gone wrong is that the Italian public have stopped believing that shit.
They are voting against the platitudes and lies, and it's only a matter of time before the voters in a lot more countries catch on.
