I meant areas where one clearly outperformed. I do realize that women are overrepresented in these fields, but it isn't as clear to me what their strengths are. I mean, I see them. I would generally prefer to work for a women, and generally prefer to work with men. Those are quite clear, just not the why...Forty Two wrote:Strippers, porn stars, prostitutes, nurses, secretaries, administrative assistants, office managers, human resource managers, primary school teachers, day care workers, social workers, meeting and event planning, counselors, tax preparers, tax collectors/revenue agents, advertising and promotions managers, public relations, insurance underwriting, claims adjusters, veterinarians, psychologists.Cunt wrote:I've been wondering which fields of human endeavor are dominated by women.

Of course, trolls are welcome, as always.
At the peak end, they seem very underrepresented. If every competitive venture is dominated by men, it's tough to make the case that women are 'the equal' of men. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they excel in many individual cases, that's not in dispute. Why then, are they not getting themselves to the top of most ladders?
I mean, we live in a matriarchy (my country has a Queen) so it shouldn't be systemic barriers in place...
