I was specifically asking for areas of endeavor which are clearly measurable and tangible. What have you got? Are there admin competitions? Small businesses may be an example, but a really sloppy one.

Plus I think men outperform there...

As to 'organization', haven't military organizations been running informal competitions for thousands of years? It looks an awful lot like mostly men are winning those...or has history hidden the equal numbers of successes by female military leaders?

I thought for a long time about how to ask it in a way which would be easier to accept, but knowing how difficult questions are generally addressed, decided it wasn't worth it.

If anyone wants to have a go at asking this question in a way which does not trigger feminism-rage, go ahead, but I doubt you can. The question itself seems to highlight the (lack of) answers.

I've been wondering which fields of human endeavor are dominated by women.

All my life, everyone has been saying that women are equal to men, but in any measured way, it's tough to find that. Everywhere, men dominate with their bigger muscles, bones and cognitive power, so if women really are equal, there should be plenty of areas where they dominate the field.

Strippers, porn stars, prostitutes, nurses, secretaries, administrative assistants, office managers, human resource managers, primary school teachers, day care workers, social workers, meeting and event planning, counselors, tax preparers, tax collectors/revenue agents, advertising and promotions managers, public relations, insurance underwriting, claims adjusters, veterinarians, psychologists.

I'm trying to think of clearly measurable traits here, by the way. Real, measurable and tangible things.

So far, all I have is that they live longer, and usually can get someone to lift heavy things, or reach the top shelf for them (maybe those things are connected...)

Of course, trolls are welcome, as always.

As for the traits, perhaps heightened empathy, lower competitiveness, etc., help in some fields. Teaching, for example, would seem to benefit from those traits, as might psychology, veterinary medicine and nursing.

using words like inferior and superior is not productive. They imply that one is "better" in some inherent way than another.

A better way to put it would be that on average men are physically stronger than women due to greater muscle content and lower body fat content by virtue of genetics. Men tend, likewise, to be faster than women in terms of running speed and reaction time. Men tend to be taller, have larger torsos and shorter legs, whereas in relation to height women tend - tend - to have shorter torsos and longer legs.

The result is that when a job requires physical strength, stamina, and speed, if women and men are judged by the same standards, then men will succeed in greater percentages.

This is not to say that men are "better" or "superior" to women, but to say that the physical differences are nonexistent is simply wrong.

Interesting experiment on this topic was done by Bear Grylls on the show "The Island" and also "Survivor" did one too. The results are instructive.

That's not weird. People are avoiding an unpleasant or sensitive topic. Saying on average men can lift heavier stuff leads to some unwanted discussions. So, people prefer to scoff and deflect. It's politically incorrect. Culturally, we're not supposed to be talking about this... lol (like the Seinfeld episode).
