Several wall prototype samples are being tested now and you know it. Trump Derangement Syndrome is real, the irrational disagreement of anything Trump is for or says.
The wall is under construction. The wall is a bipartisan thing, and has been gradually being built for 15+ years. Well, it's o.k. to call it a barrier or security fence. It's just when you call it a wall or when Trump supports it that it becomes racist and wrongheaded. When Senator Clinton supports it, it's reasonable and necessary security measures, hardly worth reporting on.

LOL, there are plenty of regulations to cut besides air bags and drug safety. Those regs weren't cut. When you've got like 111,000 pages of regulations, 1/4 of which have been created in the last few years, there's likely some fat that can be trimmed, don't you think?

Name some useless regulations. Life is complex, and there are unlimited industries, mining and oil and farming operations that need some guidance. Plus, how else do politicians get campaign contributions if Monsanto does not get to write the regulations for itself?

If Monsanto is writing the regulations for itself, all the more reason to repeal them.

HJ Res 41 repealed a disclosure of payments requirement imposed on domestic coal, gas, etc. companies, which did not apply to foreign competitors. It saved the domestic extractors from being put at an unfair disadvantage and saved approximately $600,000,000 in costs associated with the regulation.

What actually is Donald's vision of a brighter, better future?

If you actually listened to what Trump said instead of what people said Trump said......

The US is also set to be the World's largest exporter of natural gas, and a net exporter of crude oil. A huge net exporter of refined crude products from what we import from Canada.
Natural gas is as low carbon as fossil fuels go :zilla:

If you've listened to his speeches, he's envisioning a strong, vibrant economy, and business/industry which can compete both at home and abroad. Such a growing, healthy economy would provide good, strong, jobs in the private sector which will support the vast majority of the people at a high level. Such a growing, healthy economy would also provide the resources needed to provide some social welfare for the needy.

Trump focuses on economic and national security issues, rather than social issues.

Good - that was bizarre. Anyone who graduated laws school should be able to fake their way through a question about motions in limine, or Daubert standards for the admission of expert testimony. Not sure how that guy passed the bar exam.
Can you perhaps bring yourself to criticise Trump for nominating him?
He can't do it.

They support it because it helps protect their interests.
This is the most ridiculous argument. The reason why google, netflix, facebook etc interests align with the interests of ordinary citizens is that it's their content that said citizens want to be able to consume without price increases. Only in America with double think like "Citizens United is about free speech" could they view equal access to the internet being a corporate sop. And the opposite, that allowing giant corporations to squeeze out the ordinary citizen's content from the internet, is anti-corporate and about freedom. :fp:
