Obvious false flag attack! The so-called biking victims must have been actors and their bikes props, because a detailed analysis by NineBerry of the available video material shows these bikes are all mended and in no shape so that anyone could even try to ride them on a bike path!

How's this for an idea? (I expect to be howled down by a certain section of Ratzians...)

Authorities in western countries widely publicise the following policy (not to be used retrospectively, only after it has been widely publicised)

"Any mosques associated with a person who commits an act of terrorism will be permanently shut down"

That gives a clear incentive to mosque leaders and other members to expel fundamentalists and inform the authorities.

We have discussed this before. It's a nonsense idea. You can't expent people to look into the inside of every person that goes in our out of their mosque. Additionally, this will be a punishment for every community that tries to reach out to extremists to bring them back into the flock.
