There will be a rise in building activity naturally. Paid for by insurance companies which is external money coming in. But it will also cause a rise in insurance premiums, so you will get a temporary rise followed by a long term reduction in economic activity.

The same goes for public infrastructure and taxes.
While there is a market for shit, there will be assholes to supply it.
