I remember when they were twice my height. At least! Look at them now. They've shrunk to about my size. In fact, over half of them are even shorter. Maybe it's due to the law of diminishing returns. There are well over twice as many of them nowadays as there were when I bit one of them in the knee without having to bend down.

Duvets are like having a heater with no thermostat.
Sheets are better. You can put an extra one on, or throw one off.
I prefer a thick sheet or thin duvet to a blanket though.

Buy a real duvet with real feathers not artificial rubbish. They regulate the heat better. Use the right thermal level at the right time of year.

We at Rum Towers, being large consumers of aforesaid confectionery delights have independently reached the same conclusion as the above. It has especially noticeable over recent years with the price of cocoa going up, the pound dropping etc. They sell you less, often in bigger packaging, for the same or sometimes more money.

I think there should be a set regulation for sizes, to only allow sizes in 25g or 50g increments. This, I think, would discourage manufacturers present practice of reducing a little bit here and a little bit there, such as reducing by 3 or 4 grams and making the packaging seem the same size.
