They're still real breasts though. Artificially boosted to an absurd extent, but real breasts nonetheless.

Mind you, having said that, they're not the most extreme examples I've seen. Look up Lolo Ferrari. She had implants that were so outrageously enormous, she practically needed to walk about with wheeled scaffolding under her to stop her tipping over.
