In the UK we'very recently been learning how a Christian camp leader at the elite Winchester College school abused pupils and ran a kind of 'Beat Club' where he manipulated boys into beating each other up while he watched. That teacher, a QC, fled to Zimbabwe when allegations came out in the 80s and the matter was hushed up. The boys who outed him are now all in their 40s and 50s.

FYI, I am chopped liver, so to speak, and I was sexually abused at boarding school. Brother Cryan went about it so timidly that years went by before I realised what he was up to. One thing you cannot accuse sexual predators of, is being choosy.
