Bias in the Media, or It Happens to Everybody?

Post by Forty Two » Fri Mar 31, 2017 5:42 pm

Here is an article which accuses mainstream media sources of political bias in favor of Democrats, and suggests that these major media outlets purposefully use more unflattering pictures of Republicans, and more flattering pictures of Democrats. https://acculturated.com/behold-medias- ... ropaganda/

Is there anything to this?
“When I was in college, I took a terrorism class. ... The thing that was interesting in the class was every time the professor said ‘Al Qaeda’ his shoulders went up, But you know, it is that you don’t say ‘America’ with an intensity, you don’t say ‘England’ with the intensity. You don’t say ‘the army’ with the intensity,” she continued. “... But you say these names [Al Qaeda] because you want that word to carry weight. You want it to be something.” - Ilhan Omar

Anybody who doesn't know that the MSM is Cultural Marxist is a gullible moron.

Lol. It's so simple isn't it. You do know where this idea comes from though don't you - because surely it's not something that occurred to you spontaneously. Nope, it comes from men like this.

Mr Dodo: again I will ask this question, and again you will ignore it I'm sure. If what you call the MSM is a fundamentally untrustworthy. politically incorrect (in the original sense), and biased source of factual news please tell us where we can get the real, politically correct, unbiased, non culturally Marxist news from?

What a stupid question and are you for real. Every single media I have followed as been shown to be bias in one way or another. I pick on the MSM as they are the most influential. I will throw the question back at you, which media source has been the most accurate, unbiased, not having an agenda and not be ever politically or corporate driven?

So, I guess you're not going to answer the question. Like most people I get my news from a range of sources. I make no claim to knowing the absolute truth of things, but if you are to continue to undermine and rubbish news reports on the basis of the outlet doing the reporting then it stands to reason that you must have an alternative source - unless, that is, you think all news reporting is untrustworthy regardless of the outlet. Is that what you think?

Nah I have just reach the stage were I can spot false flags from the off. Wage gap = feminist crap, diversity = anti white male, not knowing the 'terrorist intentions' = muslim. It is not like they try to hide it any more so anybody that believes the MSM is a gullible moron.

In Oz, we have a wide political spectrum in media (certainly in newspapers), from outlets such as the Age which are slightly lefty liberal, to many tabloid papers such as the Sun whose views echo the Dodo man quite well.

So, diversity rules, no consistent bias.

The Sun and their ilk are nothing more than Cucks In Dodoland (Pixar, 2015).

Says the bloke who fell for the Pizzagate invention.

Oh, and look - he's done it again. I bet you got the report that "the MSM is Cultural Marxist" from the same source that told you about Pizzagate. You are right about one thing, though: Gullible morons do exist.
