While a great proportion of arable land is given over to growing feed for livestock, the problem isn't necessarily one of shortage but availability and access.

Due to poverty I'm being forced to fish for more of my food these days. Caught a good sized Mangrove Jack the other night. I'll see if I can knock another one off in the next couple of days.
