He also promised a big report into "hacking" to be delivered within 90 days of his assuming office and seemed to express renewed confidence in the intelligence agencies under the direction of his appointees. He seemed to indicate the report would cover not just hacking in general, but the DNC hack as well - although he stumbled for words and later just called it a report on hacking.
