When Kylie realises the error of her ways and we are finally married we'll definitely have a house in Melbourne, probably on Ramsey Street.

I don't want to win any less than 100,000,000 in the Lotto. I can't fulfil my dreams with less than that.

Dont tar all cities with the same brush. There are plenty of civilised ones especially of the non Anglo-Saxon variety.

I enjoy visiting cities on occasion, but couldn't live in one again. The place we rented up on the Tennessee River was perfect, had everything we wanted. About a 45 minute drive to get into Chattanooga, metro area population about half a million, so you've got the amenities if you need them. Couple of hours to Nashville, Atlanta, or Knoxville, so you're spoiled for choices if you're jonesing for the Big City vibe. The more I research the area around Nickajack Lake the better it looks.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

What happens when you cant drive? I dont drive anymore. 45 minutes I would be in Amsterdam. I am in my favourite restaurant in less than ten minutes. Where I live is very quiet as is almost all of this district. We have woods and the beach all within minutes.

Landscapes do not turn me on. Seen too many. It gets monotonous. Seen so many lakes, mountains and valleys. Tiring. I cant walk there anymore and would not want to.

Ah, I got me a young wife, she'll drive my ancient carcass around. At least until she decides to drown me for the life insurance.

Too much to ask of someone. We have friends in Ireland who thought the same. He is 90 and she 70. Live in the wilderness of West Limerick.

Life in the genteel Melbourne suburb of Moonee Ponds, home of Dame Edna Everage, would suit you better. I'm sure JimC would feel quite comfortable there too.

Ah, but none of you live in the epitome of civilisation that is Melbourne... :tea:
I'm all for BIG cities where the chances of meeting something you know by accident are virtually nil.
I never meet anyone I know when I take a trip to the central part of Melbourne.
Nurse, where the fuck's my cardigan?

But that is (shudder) in Melbourne's uncivilised west. We in the leafy green eastern suburbs prefer not to think of such bogans... :tea:
