Ah, Breitbart. That isn't even hearsay. just a sort of right wing entertainment. Bring out the victims and bring up charges.

Vox.com
The real Clinton email scandal is that a bullshit story has dominated the campaign.
This has had the effect of further inscribing and reinscribing the notion that Clinton did something wrong, meaning that every bit of micro-news that puts the scandal back on cable amounts to reminding people of something bad that Clinton did.
By contrast, it’s a terrible solution to a desire to avoid having your emails disclosed to the public via FOIA. One way you can tell it’s a terrible solution is that Hillary Clinton’s work emails have been disclosed to the public. You can read them right here.

Re: The Hillary-thread
Indeed, it's all bullshit. Clinton didn't do nuffin. The FBI, which reports to the Department of Justice, just spent well over a year on complete and utter bullshit, and the President and Attorney General, who are the bosses of the Department of Justice and below that the FBI, couldn't do nuffin about it, cuz, like Republicans be all like, powerful and shit. Faux News is at it again.Tero wrote:Vox.com

Has nothing to do with, well, Clinton lying all the time, and breaking the law and ethical rules, not being permitted to have a private server, which she had, and not supposed to email classified information, which she did -- you know, it's not as if she did anything wrong, it's just all a big right wing conspiracy.

She did. She even apologized, said it was wrong, and "took responsibility" for some stuff. But, she didn't do nuffin.Tero wrote: This has had the effect of further inscribing and reinscribing the notion that Clinton did something wrong,
You mean finding emails that should have been turned over, but which were instead either simply not turned over or deleted when she took it upon herself to determine which documents were responsive to a subpoena and which were "personal" and then deleted 10s of thousands of communications, and bleach-bitted her computer system, and while her IT professional was "pleading the 5th against self-incrimination" she was busy taking hammers to the physical devices, and all the while she told multiple lies about the issue?Tero wrote: meaning that every bit of micro-news that puts the scandal back on cable amounts to reminding people of something bad that Clinton did.
You mean that "small bit of news".... followed by the discovery of 650,000 emails in a folder called "life insurance" on Anthony Weiner's computer, some of which are work related emails of Hillary Clinton and not duplicative of what the FBI already had, which would put the lie to what Hillary has been telling us - well, the latest thing she's been telling us? That small bit of news?
Well, right. The Secretary of State is to do her business on the government server for security reasons, and she's not to send and receive classified emails on an unsecured server. And, when a FOIA request comes in, the documents are to be disclosed as public records, and it's not up to her, individually, to determine what emails are work-related an what aren't. There is a process and a Freedom of INformation Act officer who does that and they search the system for emails. When she was using her personal email to do business, she took all those emails out of the FOIA process and took it upon herself to be the arbiter of work/personal/responsive documents. That's not allowed.Tero wrote:

Unless there is an exception to the FOIA public records disclosure requirement, the public is SUPPOSED to be able to see them. The exceptions include national security and classified records. There is no blanket right of a fucking Secretary of State to keep her emails secret just because she doesn't want them read. That's what FOIA is for, Freedom of Information.Tero wrote: One way you can tell it’s a terrible solution is that Hillary Clinton’s work emails have been disclosed to the public. She's not supposed to be able to "avoid having her emails scrutinized by the public." What the fuck?

Hillary didndonuffin!
It's all lies! It's a vast right wing conspiracy!
Hillary doesn't lie! Hillary didn't do nuthin' wrong wit dem emails! She never disclosed classified information! She never lied about it!
It's that Comey - yeah - he's a great guy, cuz he like, vindicated Hillary. Wait, he's still investigating? Wut? That's unprecedented! It's too close to the election! The Russians are Coming! The Russians are Coming!
I feel great! Nothing is wrong! I'm not coughing at all! Wait, I have pneumonia, cuz like, I'm tough and stuff! Wait, I've had pneumonia for a long time, and that's what the coughing was that I said first were allergies and weren't nuffin, but now it's pneumonia! And, no those aren't seizures! You're just asking because of misogyny!
My foundation? It's a great charity! I only granted access to foreign governments based on contributions to my foundation, because I wanted to help the poor! Friends of Bill? Of course! Friends of Bill would have been granted access anyway! Pay for play? No no! It is too laugh! They pay, but they would have gotten the same thing anyway! They were just too stupid to know they didn't have to pay! Or, they just like me! Cuz, like, everyone likes Hillary Clinton! Her reputation is to be very likable. People just give Hillary millions of dollars without any expectation of anything in return. That's how awesome Hillary is...she turns dictators and theocrats into philanthropists with her Jedi mind trick.....
Now, where's that party boy....I need a turn at Orgy Island...somebody needs to pay the rent.

42 seems overly eager to assume turpitude on behalf of Clinton and rectitude on behalf of Trump.

Both Hillary and the Clinton foundation are under criminal investigation by the FBI......
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

Re: The Hillary-thread
Let's see whether this stuff from brietbart and clickbait site - yournewswire - comes to anything. It sounds like out and out propaganda to me in an attempt to poison the electoral well. If nothing comes of it, I want to see plenty of mea culpas from the RWNJ's.
