Groping and rape are not "corruption." Corruption requires that he do something in office that is a breach of his duty, or self-dealing, etc. He can't be impeached for being sued in civil court for assault or rape.

The President may face "...Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” Ejusdem generis requires the term "other" high crimes and misdemeanors to be read as extending the list from Treason to Bribery to "other" such offenses. Back in the 18th century, when the Constitution was written, bribery meant quid pro quo to or from government officials. Treason is acting against the nation. So an "other" high crime would be another breach of duty owed to the government or the people.

Example of his "corruption?"

Lawyers are disbarred and even jailed if they do that. If you smash evidence subject to a subpoena, you are in (a) contempt of court, (b) criminally liable, and (c) guilty of a disciplinable offense. Have people done those things? Sure. When they get caught, are they subject to penalty, yes.

Is it wrong and unlawful to smash laptops and cell phones which contain information subject to a subpoena? You betcha. So if it's corruption you're concerned about, you've cited an example right there.

Here's another - accepting debate questions ahead of time, which were wrongfully obtained by a political operative. Hillary did that. She fucking cheated in the debates against Bernie - those are the ones we know of. Donna Brazile was forced out of CNN because of it. That's corruption, my friend.

The Clinton campaign conspired with the Democrat National Committee at a time when both Clinton and the DNC were lying right to your face, claiming that the DNC was obeying the rule that it remain neutral as between candidates in the primaries. They lied to your face, and they cheated, and Debbie Wasserman Shultz resigned from her Chair at the DNC because of it...and then unabashadly resumed her employment for Hillary Clinton right afterwards. That's corruption.

Clinton started a charitable foundation, and she provided preferred access to the State Department for donors, including foreign governments, to that charity -- that's corruption. Pay for play.

Clinton was subpoened for documents -- the documents were wrongfully maintained on a private server she should not have had. She took it upon herself to determine what documents were work-related and what were personal, and she deleted what she, in her sole discretion, did not want turned over. She then smashed devices, and wiped/bleachbitted the server to make sure nobody could verify here determination of what was turned over and what was deleted. That's corruption.

She lied to our faces, claiming that she had turned over all work related emails, when it was later discovered that she had not. She lied to our faces, claiming that she had not sent or received classified information, when she did, in fact, send and receive classified information. She also lied to our faces about sending or receiving information "marked" classified - did send and receive marked information. She kept lying and trying to make up stories to get herself out of hot water, and her own people have commented in leaked emails that this was basically an own-goal and Hillary has herself to blame for it.

We see her giving preferred access to "Friends of Bill" -- making sure that people have to pay for access.

That's corruption, my friend.

She not only adopts contrary positions to her own positions stated, depending on the audience, she has been shown to advocates doing just that - holding private positions and public positions on issues. She advocates lying about her true views to get elected. That's her ethics. At least donald trump tells you what he thinks, come what may. Some of his positions have been counter to what one would think would get him more votes. He has gone against Republican orthodoxy, and has adopted positions that the GOP has been diametrically opposed to for 30 years - take the trade issues, where he wants fair trade, not just free trade.

True, in that respect. The important thing will be if some of these 650,000 "life insurance" emails are copies of emails sent to or from Hillary Clinton and which were deleted and not turned over to the FBI. If that's the case, then Hillary is in deep trouble, because she will have lied to the FBI. That's what gets you in jail -- Martha Steward would not have gone to jail had she not lied, and General Petraeus, same thing. If he had just said, "I gave the girl at the end of my dick my notebooks, but I didn't think they counted as classified information...." he would have been censured and even lost his job, but he wouldn't have gone to jail. What nailed him was being caught in the lie.

This is plain false. You can get a warrant to search for evidence relevant to an investigation. An arrest warrant requires probable cause to believe the person to be arrested committed a crime. A search warrant requires probable cause that the device may contain evidence of a crime. It could mean either Hillary or Huma committed the crime, or Weiner.

In fact, the notion that they had to get a warrant to read the emails on the computer has been dispelled. They got the warrant out of an abundance of caution, because of who they were dealing with. They could have searched the computer because they had a right to do so in relation to Weiner. Once they have a right to search it, they can use whatever else they find. Like, if they happened to be searching Weiner's computer and they found a file where weiner was storing evidence to nail Donald Trump on charges of breaking and entering, and he had a video recording of Donald Trump breaking into a liquor store and stealing a bottle of Mad Dog 20/20. The cops don't need another search warrant to watch the video, and the evidence would be admissible against Trump.

What they did was, say "hey, if we get a search warrant, we won't have to fight Clinton's motion to exclude the evidence and their 20 lawyers briefing the issue. If we just get a warrant, then that issue is off the table."
