In it, Neera Tanden, Hillary Clinton’s longtime political guru, warned campaign manager John Podesta not to raise the question of primary opponent Bernie Sanders’ health because it would draw unwanted attention to the hidden truth about Hillary’s health.
“Hard to think of anything more counter-productive than demanding Bernie’s medical records,” Mr. Tanden emailed Mr. Podesta, according to an email obtained by WikiLeaks from Mr. Podesta’s personal inbox.

Interesting how a claim is made about an email, and the supplied quote from the email doesn't substantiate the claim.

It's quite simple. The meat suit means nothing when it comes to gender. The meat suit is just the socially constructed body we get at birth. Sex, as you know, like gender, is just a social construct too. So, you're born with a body that is neither male nor female - the culture gives it a name. Then the person in the body identifies as whatever the person feels is correct.

Where you go wrong is saying the chick identifies as a woman who wears men's clothing. You don't know what "men's clothing" is. Men's clothing is whatever the chick feels it is, because zhe is not bound by the social construct of normative "men's clothes." So, while this chick may wear a kilt, the kilt is not "men's clothes" except by social construct. So, the chick identifies as a woman, but wears clothes which are traditionally deemed men's clothes by CIS normative culture but which in reality are anyone's clothes depending on who is identifying them.

I can't comment on her diagnoses, since we haven't been made privy to them. The only arguable diagnosis is the 9/11/16 note from her doctor which said that she had pneumonia, but we really don't have any detail on that. There are symptoms that concern me, though:

Her seizure-like episodes.

Her strange behavior at the speech where her Secret Service guy had to keep telling her it was o.k., keep talking, we're still here - that sort of thing.

Her anti-seizure glasses.

Her ongoing coughing for months upon months, which she first ascribed to allergies and only later to pneumonia, which if pneumonia was the cause of her extreme coughing fits has been lingering for many months.

The fact that she had an ongoing health issue, which at first her campaign chalked up to "right wing conspiracy" and then when she fell down on 9/11/16 the issue was retroactively ascribed to pneumonia which she knew about for days, but did not disclose (even though she was gladhanding with the public, including children).

The weird set-up photo op on 9/11/16 where the Secret Service allowed a child to run up to her, apparently to illustrate that she can't haven anything contagious or she'd never let a child get close to her.... and, then a few hours later the campaign discloses that she has had pneumonia for days, but they are just now saying something about it.

Her several falling episodes, including a concussion.

I'm not a doctor, but if Trump was speaking and he froze, and a guy had to come up behind him to assure him it's o.k., and we're still here, keep talking, keep talking, just like in the Hillary video -- what would your thoughts be? Ho hum? No big deal? Happens all the time? Nothing to see here?
