Looks like they got one of the suspects.... Ahmad Khan Rahani -- http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2016/09/19/ ... t-suspect/
“When I was in college, I took a terrorism class. ... The thing that was interesting in the class was every time the professor said ‘Al Qaeda’ his shoulders went up, But you know, it is that you don’t say ‘America’ with an intensity, you don’t say ‘England’ with the intensity. You don’t say ‘the army’ with the intensity,” she continued. “... But you say these names [Al Qaeda] because you want that word to carry weight. You want it to be something.” - Ilhan Omar

Now, don't go calling it terrorism, or even a bombing. You're presupposing facts not in evidence. Just because the Minnesota dude was an ISIS supporter and the New York guy was an Afghan doesn't mean it's Islamic terrorism. And just because it was a pressure cooker IED doesn't mean it was a bomb. Actually, it was probably cis-gendered, old, privileged white men who are ultimately at fault. In fact it was Reagan and GWB. It is known.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

At a campaign rally in Colorado on Saturday night, Trump declared the explosion to have been caused by a bomb, hours before police voiced any public conclusions. “Just before I got off the plane, a bomb went off in New York and nobody knows exactly what’s going on,” Trump said.

The Trump campaign has not said whether the businessman received information privately from New York officials or was speculating without evidence. In contrast, Clinton did what most officials do after an uncertain and dangerous incident: urge caution and patience for conclusions from police.

“I think it’s important to know the facts about any incident like this,” she told reporters on her campaign plane. “That’s why it’s critical to support the first responders, the investigators who are looking into it trying to determine what did happen.

“I think it’s also wiser to wait until you have information before making conclusions because we are just in the beginning stages of trying to determine what happened.”

The Guardian presents this like CNN did -- Trump jumped the gun and called it a bomb -- Hillary, the true statesman, urged caution. LOL. They left out, however, that her words immediately before "I think it's important to know the facts about any incident like this..." were "I was briefed on the BOMBING."

The collusion between media outlets and the clinton campaign is just so obvious. You knew they were trying to spin this as the "see! Hillary is the calm, experienced and deliberative one! Trump is that loose cannon!" All he did was say that he heard about the bombing and nobody knows what's going on yet. Clinton says that she was briefed on the bombing, but we should find out all the facts. The media finds an important distinction that proves Clinton is the better candidate...lol :fp:

You have to assume bomb these days, because there is often a second or third one. Don't assume bomb, you won't look for the others.
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

We should be MOST skeptical of ideas we like because we are sufficiently skeptical of ideas that we don't like. Penn Jillette.
