Up to date Police statement: The suitcase didn't actually explode. it contained usual stuff like clothes and cosmetics. One can with deodorant seems to have bursted because of high temperatures and set the other contents of the suitcase aflame. Also no connection to the refugee centre. The persons seen with the suitcase (carrying other suitcases as well) looked Middle European. It is still unclear, why they ran away after their suitcase caught fire and why they still haven't contacted police, but after all no incident that should make international news.
