It's hard to know how the election will go now. Clinton is clearly the more experienced, intelligent, functional, mature, stable candidate. But this email thing will further reinforce the idea that Clinton is THE establishment. It's likely to lift Trump's vote. I hope the Bern manages to topple her somehow at the convention. I honestly think he'll stand a far better chance against Trump. He's anti-establishment, so he'll win back lots of support from disillusioned Trump voters, and he'll snag a fair chunk of the Dem vote. He'll also get a whole lot of new voters who wouldn't have otherwise voted.

Trump thought the Iraq war was a mistake and was smart and brave enough to admit killing the Sadam Hussein regime was a mistake.

Clinton thinks the chaos, civil wars, rise of Isis thanks to her Arab Spring support was some shining example of democracy.

Trump for peace and prosperity, clinton for war and chaos.

ERv, the emails is just one thing. About half the country really hates Hillary. Our politicians start fairly clean and are all turned into crooks in 4 years.

The emails is very politically serious, I would have thought. In most neoliberal countries national security is untouchable. You can't show any softness or any errors or any failings at all. Given the neocon history of the US I would have thought it would be like here. If one of our main party leaders had of done what she did, they would be crucified in the media.

Has she made a statement or interview about it yet?
