LOL - if you listen to the FBI Director Comey's explanation, you'd be laughing. It's really amazing. Hillary Fanboys, of course, want to just focus on the bit about declining to prosecute, without reference to the statements by the FBI director that she did, contrary to her assertions, send and receive confidential and secret/classified emails from her private server, that she exposed the government communications to hacking risks, that she was "extremely careless" her handling of emails, that she did not receive permission to do what she did, and that she did not, contrary to her assertions, want to use only one device for her email (she used many devices), etc. She was exposed as a lying piece of shit, and extremely careless, but not with criminal intent.

an activist, arch conservative judge cans still decide to indict, this is just a recommendation that the judiciary may follow or not.

Only in France. Here, if the Attorney General or her designee at the Justice Department refuses to indict that's pretty much it.

This result shows the deviousness of the Clinton-Lynch meeting. Perfect cover now for the AG and Justice Department. They had an improper meeting on the airplane in Phoenix. Huge uproar. Lynch says, oh, o.k., I'll sort of non-recusal recuse myself, by saying I'll "defer" to the FBI and whatever they say they will do, we'll do. There is no independent person appointed to head the investigation. They've got it sewn up now. FBI comes out and says what they say, declining to prosecute, and the AG said the other day that she wasn't going to review the case herself, so she can now deny all role in the matter. Neat and tidy. Brilliant move.

The agency's yearlong investigation found that she did not, as she claimed, turn over all her work-related messages for release. It found that her private email server did carry classified emails, also contrary to her past statements. And it made clear that Clinton used many devices to send and receive email despite her statements that she set up her email system so that she only needed to carry one.

What I found most unbelievable about Comey's announcement was that we needed to be forewarned that similar conduct by other individuals may result in action being taken.... just because we didn't indict Hillary, don't take that to mean that what she did was fine and you won't get indicted for it, if you're not Hillary.....

Well, an indictment might mean she won't be president, and her not being president likely means we get trump... that person has her priorities set straight.

It ain't over yet. The DOJ can still indict and Congress can call for a special prosecutor, just like it did with Nixon. And, the statute of limitations won't expire for some time, so the next AG can still indict.

But, the report itself should disqualify her from ever holding a security clearance again, and it's going to affect her campaign no matter what.

Perjury and obstruction of justice, regardless of any "lack of intent" to "harm the United States" in mishandling classified info. Whole 'nother case, whole 'nother indictment right there. Lying to a federal agent is a crime in and of itself, even if you're completely innocent of the charges being investigated.
