That's why the guy is pleading the fifth, because in bullshit lawsuits one's answers tend to incriminate one in criminal activity. It's a freedom of information lawsuit, meaning they're just suing to get access to public records, which are being denied. They're taking a depo of the IT person, who was involved with the requested documents, and he's pleading the fifth because he says that if he has to answer questions, he'll be implicating himself in a crime.
