Stay on the logic train, she'd be in cuffs if she did anything untoward, remember? So you can assume she's not lying, because she's not in irons.
The logic is, we know she's lying because she has been caught in lies. The proof is there. She's a liar, possibly pathological.

You lost the script again. See, back on the last page, Laklak reminded us that Trump is not in jail for tax evasion or RICO violations, so he must be honest.
Of course, that is not what Laklak said.
piscator wrote: That was the "Logic train" I referred to.
Bizarre.
piscator wrote: I just applied it to HRC, since Laklak couldn't personally allow himself to apply the same standards to a Democrat.
The same logic is applied. Hillary lies, and has been exposed as a liar. Not all lies are RICO violations. Did she land under sniper fire in Bosnia? Of course not. She lied about it.
piscator wrote: As much as HRC has been publicly shortarmed, as much as any other living human being on the planet...
LOL. She's treated like any other candidate.
piscator wrote: she ain't got a parking ticket.
No, but she is a liar. Getting parking tickets, and many other crimes, are not lies. Even many RICO violations are not related to lying.
piscator wrote: Moreover, everyone on the planet with an internet connection can see where every fucking dollar she's made in the last 20 years has come from.
So? Assuming, without admitting, the truth of that statement, it doesn't mean she's not a baldfaced liar. Not knowing where someone's money comes from doesn't make that person a liar, and knowing where their money comes from doesn't make them honest. And, tax returns don't reveal everything about where a person's money comes from. If they are issued 1099s and W-2s it does. But, other than that, it may just reference "income", or XYZ Corporation, without any information about where the money actually came from or what was the work or service done to earn it. Tax returns are not financial statements, balance sheets or P&Ls.

piscator wrote: Now here you post a page full of old cheap shot links
Old? Most of them were very current. But, she's been telling whoppers for a generation. So what? It proves she's a lying piece of shit through and through and it's not an isolated incident.

Yes, indeed, the HuffPost, DailyKos, Politico and Politifact, always known for being sooooo unfair to Democrats....

It's just sad, bro.
Huffpost, DailyKos, Politco, Politifact - equivalent to Alex Jones.

Keep up the fight, piscator. You can really wave that flag.

The house advantage in roulette is only 1/65. 32 black, 32 red, 1 green. Betting red or black pays 2-1 which is even except for the 00 green. Slot machine pay off rates are legally mandated too, they must payoff roughly $98 for every $100 played.
Though Hillary probably wonders how anyone can lose money on cattle futures lol
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

Hillary is a master! Her investment acumen is phenomenal. I am sure that if Trump made a 10,000% profit on a commodities trade that his critics would be cheering his honestly made money....

Even back when Bill was governor, Hillary was hired to lobby the governor.

Has nothing to do with honesty or integrity, just how good your accountants are in the first, and how good your spies are in the second. My money, FWIW, is on the second option.

Since Tyrannical is the only source that there have been IRS audits other than the one Trump says he is currently undergoing, you may soon be parted with that money.

Trump says he's being audited, but that was a while back, and Trump said it so you know it's going to take corroboration for it to be anything other than "Something Trump said".
http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/artic ... agent-says
Donald Trump’s disclosure that his tax returns have been under review by the Internal Revenue Service for the past 12 years reflects a “very unusual” level of scrutiny by tax authorities, according to a former Internal Revenue Service agent who now works as an accountant for wealthy people.

"After the debate, Trump suggested to CNN interviewer Chris Cuomo that there might be an unsavory reason the IRS has targeted him -- because he’s a “strong Christian.”"

Like I was saying...We still don't have any evidence Trump has been audited repeatedly, whether for the same return, or different ones.

Well, we'll see. Right now, it's a lack of evidence. not clear evidence of any wrongdoing. He is under no legal obligation to disclose. Like when Romney disclosed, he waited until close to the general election day, and then disclosed, and it turned out to show nothing of import. If something comes of it, it comes of it.

However, to say we "still" don't have evidence that Trump has been audited repeatedly is, well, counterfactual. http://assets.donaldjtrump.com/Tax_Doc.pdf

Just quote the meaningful passages, unless you're concerned about being sued. I'm not going to turn on scripts and solve a captcha to visit that fucking domain.

It's a one-page letter from Morgan Lewis, Trump's tax attorneys. LOL. It's a PDF.

Even the BernieBros admit Sanders needs 3 election cycles to even begin doing what he says he wants to do - Winning the Presidency, flushing out Congress in the midterms, and reelection with huge coattails in 2020.

As of yet, his campaign is completely self-involved. Cornell West on the platform committee is cool, but Bernie needs to start being the world he wants to see and help get Congress back to functionality while he's got the chance.

/:lol:/ yeah, right, like he's likely to even see the midterms... at his age, he's likely to die under the strain of the job before that happens.

This is Bernie, not reality.

And Forty Two just wants the weakest opposition possible, so don't buy in unless you want Trump to start a war with France so he can buy Versailles with no money down, keep the gold fixtures, and whack it up into condos.

Bernies best chance to get the nomination involves Hillary getting indicted, which isn't an impossibility. He should immediately call for her arrest and indictment, thus damaging Clinton so much that she'd have no chance against Trump. Thus giving the democrats no choice but to dump her, and to make it clear that his supporters would burn the party down if the nod went to Biden.
