A little extra weight from a flywheel would be good for the thighs.

Possibly the extra weight might have enough impact to make that unwise for a bike, whereas it is not a significant impost on a car.
E-bikes and conversion kits seem to come with regenerative braking as pretty much standard these days.

Do Kings just eat veg? I thought they were fond of Swan, and Wild Boar, with just an apple in it's mouth as the veg ?

Oh King eat well all right. Not so sure that the same applies to vegans though.
