Belgians, you've been in the news here in the States pretty much constantly on almost every news program.

Speaking for myself, and those that I know, Americans want to help you. Regardless of what our government decides to do or not do, I think the vast majority of Americans are very concerned.

Yesterday was a sad day. Another example of what the West is up against.

I don't know what you expect to happen? The 'market' sustains 24 hour news stations. People watch it and want to know what is happening. Facts are hard to come by. You expect restraint?

I just turn it off when I have had enough, which is pretty often.

Sure, because journalists today are shit, and a story like this can fill hours of time easily, with sensational images to get viewers and ratings.

You complain about the coverage, but I'd bet if they didn't cover it much, you'd be speculating that they're hiding something from you.
