Hill is one of more than 50 women who have accused Cosby of assault. She alleges in the three-month-old civil lawsuit the comedian called her a "liar" and "extortionist" in the media after her November 2014 accusation of being drugged and sexually assaulted by Cosby.

Schwab wrote the denials and claims by Cosby, his wife, Camille, and the actor's lawyers were "pure opinion" and a "far cry from labeling [Hill and the other women who have made similar public assertions] as liars or extortionists."

"None of the facts alleged by [Hill] supported her claims for defamation," Schwab continued.

Now that you mention it, I remember being molested by Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton and Bernie Sanders. They must have roofied me at the Democrat National Convention when I was there as a journalist.

Of course they are roofieing the entire liberal half of the country's population right now, so I guess gang rape is okay for Democrats.

Cosby's lawyers have asked Common Pleas Court Judge Steven O'Neill to dismiss the case, citing a supposed agreement reached in 2005 with then-District Attorney Bruce Castor.

Under that deal, Cosby's lawyers say, Castor promised not to prosecute Cosby over Constand's allegations if he agreed to testify under oath in a civil lawsuit she filed against him.

A judge last year unsealed that testimony, in which Cosby acknowledged giving Benadryl, an anti-allergy medication, to Constand but portrayed the encounter as consensual. Prosecutors are generally free to use civil depositions as evidence in criminal cases.

Bill Cosby has filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Andrea Constand, her mother, her attorneys and the National Enquirer, saying they "have all broken a confidentiality agreement negotiated in 2006, according to a partially unsealed complaint filed in U.S. District Court,

Cosby is asking for Constand to return the money she got in the settlement.
