Problem is, there's little way to determine if the Cologne incident was actually caused by refugees or by longer term immigrants implementing a culture of disrespect to women, or even simply seizing an opportunity to have their jollies without any cultural bias being involved.

Similarly, how do you determine that the amount of black delinquents in British prisons is justified and demonstrate that those people have a culture of crime and that the opposite conclusion made by the journalist is just PC spin?

Most American blacks who come here over the years comment on the lack of prejudice, compared to at home.
There is heavy pressure put on the various agencies to treat all races equally, and judges not to jail people if they can find an alternative.

At the end of the day, it's obviously not going to be something that there will be figures for. But from experience, and from what people in the know tell me, it's more likely that black people will be given some slack, than white people. Because of political correctness. Which helps out blacks, not whites.

Pakistani and Syrian men attacked in Cologne. Looks like the local lads are getting the boot in. Turns out 18 of the 31 arrested were asylum seekers. Police in Kalmar, Sweden, have arrested two refugees and are looking for 10 - 15 more in an assault on 16 women on NYE. Similar assaults occurred in Salzburg, Zurich, and Helsinki.
