Measurable but miniscule.. the clocks on the ISS runs about 0.0000000014% slower than the ones here on Earth.

It's significant enough for the clock, so it seems.

The point of contention is whether a human has to move at 0.999% speed-of-light before noticing a difference in their life-span.

Time moves measurably slower even on a train... as Einstein showed. On that basis, I can't agree with your estimate.
If you spent your life at near light-speed, and returned to Earth, you will have out-lived your peers, although subjectively, of course, you will age as normal. So, in one sense of the term "live longer", my interpretation of your original post was correct.

As, of course, my posts always are...

Metformin Could Be the Anti-Aging Drug That Lets You Live to 120 Years Old — Here's How
By Anna Swartz
December 2, 2015 5:51 PM

Humans may be one step closer to finding the Fountain of Youth — sort of. Researchers will begin testing Metformin, a medication used to treat diabetes, as an anti-aging drug in a clinical trial next year.

When it's used for treatment for type 2 diabetes, the drug reduces the amount of glucose produced in the liver, but researchers believe that it may also have the ability to slow down the aging process in individual cells by increasing oxygen released into each cell.

Reducing the biological effects of aging would mean the possibility of increasing lifespans, staving off aging-related diseases like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's and perhaps allowing humans to live into their 110s or 120s, the research suggests.

The Quack tried to put me on metformin for high blood sugar, but it tore my guts out. Looks like immortality isn't for me.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

I reckon I got five good years left, maybe ten if I'm lucky. Health is going downhill fast. Gonna try to enjoy the time I have left, however. Would like to get back into painting, perhaps write some more. Would also like to find someone to make sexytime with :awesome:
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

Lube and proper servicing may keep the engine running longer, but we still have the problem of the shocks, struts and body engineering. There is only so much you can replace and repair.

deathclock.com says I'm done on May 24, 2041.

Not a bad lifespan, given historical averages. So, I can't complain, but given that it's only 26 years away, it is a tad unnerving.

Deathclock.com is garbage. The owner of the site says as much. "I do know that the Death Clock isn't realistic. I don't care."

According to stats Canada I have, statistically, 40 years left to my name.

It says I'll die at 74... But I was planning to go all Amy Winehouse at 75! Damn it, I need to last just a little longer, so I can go out with a hedonist bang!

Of course it is. It's just a formula based on some arbitrary variables. But, actuarial tables probably wouldn't give me any longer of an estimated life span.
