With fears growing that Islamophobic hate crimes are on the rise, BBC religious affairs correspondent Caroline Wyatt exposes the reality of daily life for some women living behind the veil.
Muslim women speak out about the physical and verbal attacks they have been subjected to in London. Some say they feel they are being hounded out of their homes and neighbourhoods.
Fiyaz Mughal from Tell MAMA, a victim support group, told Inside Out women are the most vulnerable to attacks and abuse, especially those who wear a face veil.
