Re: Onion cop
This is entertaining stuff. I wonder who writes it?
It seems like someone has worked quite hard on it.
And I wonder where it stands legally? They must have someone overseeing it to try to avoid lawsuits.
The first example at the top of the page is actually quite shocking. I believe the cop in question has been charged with murder.

He did a traffic stop, and the guy attempted to drive off, with the car door shut. The cop shot him in the head through the open window, and blatantly threw himself on the ground, and claimed on the radio that he had been dragged, and feared being run over. Which was completely impossible. All this clearly recorded on the cop's body camera.
The DA is making all the right noises, about prosecuting him for murder. But you can bet your life, it will be the usual half-hearted prosection, aimed at losing the case, while pretending that they did their best.
There is one sarky piece further down the onion page that ridicules the whole process of the prosecution not really trying. Funny, but tragically true.

While there is a market for shit, there will be assholes to supply it.
