If it wasn't for a substantial legacy from my aunt I wouldn't have been able to renovate the North tower or recobble the stable block - so definitely a blessing.

I'm an Action Man type, figure I'll get a much smaller one to start with and do a trip around Central and South America. I hear there are import/export opportunities down there for an ambitious lad who isn't afraid of firearms and owns a U.S. flagged vessel.
