You seem to be making the elementary logical mistake, of thinking that if I think that something applies in on direction, it must apply in reverse.
Just because I acknowledge that there is a stereotypical kind of image from films and tv of ignorant violent hillybilly hicks, it doesn't mean that I believe that all people who look like that are the same.

There is a stereotype, and he fits it. In spades. To interpret that in reverse, as ''anyone who looks like that is a likely to be a child abusing hillbilly, is just basic faulty reasoning.

Prison for rehabilitation and reform? Now, there's a novel idea. I was under the impression that prisons, particularly in the US, are primarily about punishment, revenge and, increasingly, profit.
