I knew there would be two providers to compare for my area. I thought I could save some time to get the rates
https://www.ehealthinsurance.com/
Don't use that site. It gave the data, and now I can go directly to the two companies' sites. BUT THIS OUTFIT called me 5 times in an hour, as I had to give a phone number to get the info. MAYBE I should have made one up or used a fake public number.
The big companies will give the data directly and sign up online with no phone calls.

Give em a premium rate number.
Or give them tempter talk, if you don't mind getting inundated. If I've got nothing to do, I string them along, keeping them online and on the hook.
I had one phone the other day saying that they had me on record as having had a car accident that wasn't my fault. I said, dead right, it wasn't my fault. She wasn't looking. But I've decided not to pursue it.
They went mental, kept phoning and I got higher and higher up the chain of ''management'' .
Then I just said I'd leave it, when I got bored. At least while they were wasting their time on me, they weren't scamming someone else.
Maybe I'll go down on a timewaster list eventually, and they'll want to avoid me.

While there is a market for shit, there will be assholes to supply it.

If you tell a cold caller to kindly remove your name from their call list, they're not legally allowed to call you again. Or so I've heard. It's what my wife and I generally say when we get one. It seems to work.

Re: US Healthcare
It does show the sorts of profits that the US healthcare providers are expecting to make from the punters.
You don't get cold-called by Tesco, trying to sell you groceries.

Re: US Healthcare
These outfits just get a small fee, maybe tens of dollars, for hooking a customer. Who could have gone directly to the insurance company. The insurance companies do not see the individuals as much of a target. They want the corporations, with thousands of employees signing up and the HR departnent doing most of the work, at the corporate client.
