Who REALLY runs Britain?

Post by mistermack » Fri Jun 06, 2014 5:09 pm

Who has the power to change things? The politicians.

Who choose the politicians, and tell them what they want? The voters.

Who tells the voters what to think?

1) The Sun
2) The Mirror
3) The Mail
4) The Express
5) The Guardian
6) The Times
7) The Independent
8) The Observer
9) The Star
10) The People
11) The BBC
12) ITV
13) Sky

Strangely though, they don't act like they know it.

Maybe this is the REAL meaning of sheeple.

Like sheep, they are fed, watered and comforted by the media. And go exactly where they are led.
Like lambs to the slaughter.

I wouldn't suggest a conspiracy theory, although it's not out of the question.
It's trickle-down control, by those who own the media.
Even people in the BBC are being controlled by Murdoch. Not directly, but they know 100% who gives out the jobs in the media. If your job ends at the BBC, you need to be the kind of person that Murdoch will not object to.
That's enough to make damn sure that the BBC doesn't stray too far from the Murdoch line of thought.

There isn't one person at the BBC who doesn't have the Murdoch empire in the back of their mind, as a future employer. Or the Daily Mail, or Express, as a columnist etc.
We don't have a free press, any more than the USA does.

No one tells my mind what to tell me to think because it thinks for
itself as that is how it has always been and shall always be as well

No one has access to my mind other than me and so even if they were
telling me what to think they would not know if I actually was or not

Do you allow them to tell your mind what to think and if you do why ?
Would you rather not be a freethinker and instead think for yourself ?

Anyone who creates the media that you read or watch has access to your mind.
I just got you to think about something that you probably weren't going to think about in the next year or more. I call that access to your mind. I didn't say a controlling access. That takes longer and a lot more effort.

How do all these intelligent people end up believing in god? It's because they were told what to think.
It took years, but it worked. Given time, they make intelligent people believe something that is completely ludicrous. Don't tell me that you are so superior, that you are completely immune. Nobody is.

The media work the same way as the churches. Little and often. Constant repetition, by people presented as authoritative individuals.
I can't claim to be immune to it. I would like to think I am, like you, but it's probably not true.

That's exactly what they want you to think.

Persuasion works best when it's hidden.

Also, I'm ignoring the "my mind and me" crap.
