It's a musical, and only peripherally connected with Smith's bullshit. Essentially it's a gentle parody of evangelical proselytisers. The best known song is titled Hasa Diga Eebowai, an expression invented by the script writers. The missionaries eventually find out that it means "Fuck you, God". It may just be worth watching once it's released on DVD.
