Countries that already have strict controls on Gnus would be crazy to get rid of them. However, in the case of the country that already has vast numbers of uncontrolled Gnus roaming the streets (and we all know which one), there is a reasonable argument that attempting to introduce Gnu control is simply doomed to failure...
