Everything probably from his permanently smug expression.

He's got weeks for the final rubber stamp. Very likely guilty because they've charged him and they won't waste policetime on a innocent man in these circumstances. The man hangs himself in shame if he had any moral stamina.

Guildford are through to the semi-final on points, but a great display there from the young Birmingham team :{D

And I was going to write about kids being traumatised with his "ahoo hahhah hooo" heavy breathing and whispering in their ears "can you guess what it is yet."

Doesn't sound like he did much wrong, if it's true.

The accusations come from two women, one from 33 years ago, who was only just months under age at the time, and one from 27 years ago, who was supposed to be 14 at the time. And the charge is sexual assault, not rape or sex with a minor.

It could be no more than a quick squeeze of tit or bum, come back to haunt him thirty years later. If it's true at all.
It's hardly pedophile stuff.
While there is a market for shit, there will be assholes to supply it.

Yeah, what's the point of having courts decide someone's guilt or innocence. We should do away with them, with a piece of legislation we could dub "Myers' Law".

He's being brought to book over something held as sickening and deeply deeply repugnant by the vast majority of the public, and he has to prove otherwise now charges have been brought.

:this: You need to retake Law 101, Scrump. Innocent until proven guilty is at the heart of the legal system here in the UK and in most places worldwide.

Yes. We could even sit Pee-Pee up on a throne maybe 20 feet over everyone else in the court - who'd be forced to sit on stools that are too low for them.

We could hold hearings for sentencing purposes only - guilt will be presumed simply by being brought before the court.

Burden of proof is on the prosecution - and being a criminal matter, they have to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

They would not waste limited funds on such a high profile character without more than reasonable doubt. I'm not prejudiced. I like his music and have a CD. I hope he's as innocent as the next but it doesn't look promising does it really?

That's quite a retreat from your previous position of hoping he'll hang himself. :tea:
