I'm on vacation and the monsoon season is here, which means that I'm just about ready to see something else besides rain falling. Please help... :ddpan:

I know I can count on you guys for some good bloodshed...

Seen all of those (several times each) except the Chaplin one. Can't be much bloodshed in that one, could it?

Anyway, I've got Das Boot and Dead Presidents coming down the pipes. Am I wasting my time on those?

True that. And I've only seen it once... :eddy:

@ Gawd:

I keep getting Hamburger Hill, Heartbreak Ridge and Porkchop Hill mixed up. One of those is a really crappy Clint Eastwood effort...

Hamburger Hill was made about the same time as Platoon. I've forgotten the whole plot though.

Well, there ya go. It's early and I've got soju, so it's looking good for Hamburger Hill and Porkchop Hill...

Still, anybody seen Dead Presidents or Das Boot? Reviews warmly welcomed... :begging:
