I'm getting a bit tired of all the Florida bashing. Now the Right Honorable Mayor of New York, that pseudo-liberal, totalitarian one-percenter Bloomberg, has weighed in. Sorry Mikey, you're not the governor of Florida and the fact that a lot of your citizens clog up our roadways every winter doesn't mean your opinion amounts to squat. You've got nerve lecturing us about race relations when your city cops routinely unconstitutionally stop and frisk people on Suspicion Of Being Black. We sell Big Gulps down here, too, BTW. You run your city and we'll run our state, and if you don't like it then don't come here. I hear Stevie Wonder is refusing to play in Florida until we repeal Stand Your Ground. Go pound sand, Stevie. As for everyone from all over the place bitching and moaning, calling us racists, saying murder is legal in Florida - so don't come here. Go spend your tourist dollars elsewhere, we don't need them. You think the beaches are going to be any less crowded without you? You think the races in Daytona won't be packed? Look to your own backyard before you point out how messy ours is.

But, only beginning. He missed the part about Zimmerman stopping when the police dispatcher suggested he didn't need to pursue. He likewise missed a bunch of other facts that support the reasonableness of Zimmerman's actions. And he missed the big picture - that people like Zimmerman are the only thing that prevents good neighborhoods from turning into slums when the crime starts.
It's bogus to equate Zimmerman and Martin. The evidence says that Martin was guilty of criminal assault. Zimmerman was guilty of nothing.
