Blue screen of death is undiagnosable.
The only thing I can think of is to check that your ram and any drive cables are plugged in properly. Failed (or improperly plugged in ram) can lead to blue screens of death. But so can about a million other unknowable things.

Microsoft's support page suggests it's either a faulty driver or an error on your hard drive (or a virus, but since you did a clean install it's definitely not that). If you can start up in safe mode try installing the most recent drivers for all your components (Vista was notorious for not being backward compatible with a lot of hardware out of the box) or run chkdsk.exe from the recovery console to check and fix your hard drive.

Try a linux install on it. Use something like mint that does all the work for you. If that goes tits up too you know it is a hardware problem
