Pendulous Skin

Post by Animavore » Wed Mar 04, 2009 7:38 pm

Has anyone ever heard Pendulous Skin from the Blood Mountain album by Mastodon?
Probably the best song on the album but, something really weird happens on my version. After the song ends there is a 15 minute gap and then a 'secret message'.
The weird thing is though, as soon as the song ends if you go to fast forward it the song is playing again although it may start somewhere in the middle of the song. But, if you don't fast forward it you will only get silence between the end of the song and the 'secret message' 15 minutes later. And, if you just skip to a part like say 14 mins it will come on in the middle of the song but, if you do it again the song will be at a different part to what it was the last time you put the marker there.

Is this meant to happen? It happens on my walkman and laptop. I looked in Google and Wiki and there is no mention of this. Is my version which I downloaded legally :shifty: from the internet screwed?

Rent a flat above a shop. Cut your hair and get a job.

You still use a walkman? :what:
The green careening planet
spins blindly in the dark
so close to annihilation.

Much more efficient and user-friendly than an i-Pod, and you don't have to hook up to any store.
